Welcome to Chic Casa India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Chic Casa India is a luxury furniture and interior design brand. We provide premium furniture and complete interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

• All products are handmade or custom-manufactured. Minor variations in color, finish, or size may occur.
• Product dimensions mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Orders can be placed online, in-store, or through our customer service team.
• 50% advance payment is required to initiate production or booking of any project.
• The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch or final installation.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and selected EMI options.

• Delivery timelines vary based on product type and customization. Estimated delivery dates will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Chic Casa India is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

• Installation for furniture and interior projects will be handled by our in-house team or verified partners.
• Customers must ensure site readiness (e.g., access, electricity) for smooth installation.

• Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
• In the rare event of damaged delivery, please report it within 24 hours with photos/videos for resolution.

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore.
