At Chic Casa India, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our furniture and interior solutions. As each piece is specially crafted, our return policy is designed to reflect the nature of our bespoke products.

🛠️ 1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • All custom-made or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • This includes any furniture that has been personalized in terms of size, color, fabric, finish, or design as per the customer’s request.

📦 2. Standard Products

  • Standard products (not customized) may be eligible for return only if:
  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

🚚 3. Damage During Delivery

  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Share photos and videos showing the damage via email or WhatsApp for a quick resolution.
  • Our team will inspect the issue and offer a suitable solution—repair, replacement, or partial refund—based on the situation.

📦 4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the product has been used, damaged post-delivery, or altered in any way.

❌ 5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • After 48 hours, cancellation is not allowed, as production or procurement begins.

💳 6. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • No refunds are given for delays caused by third-party logistics, natural delays, or customer site unavailability.

🚫 7. Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling.
  • Items sold under discounts, clearance, or final sale.
